System currently works with the Ford Crown Victoria, Chevrolet Impala, Chevrolet Tahoe, and now, the Dodge Charger.

Works also as a standard seat-belt for civilian passengers, using both standard seats and most plastic containment seats.

Ready Buckle is a new seat belt system for the rear compartment in Police Cars.

Safer is Better

Instead of reaching toward the middle of the compartment to latch a prisoner in, the Ready Buckle system latches on the door side of the rear seat with a belt that tightens the prisoner down automatically if they struggle around in the seat, minimizing risk to the officer and keeping the prisoner secure.

"The design of the system allows an officer to safely and efficiently secure suspects and civilians for transport. Our department plans on installing the Ready Buckle in all our marked patrol vehicles."
